It’s clean and close to store’s and restaurants. Free parking is a plus. Rooms are great and really clean. We’ve been coming back to this place for years and we love the place.. Highly recommended! Thanks Damian!

We stayed 2 nights in June. We requested adjoining rooms and were given them. Check in was easy and friendly. Ours rooms were clean and had everything we needed. No street noise since the room faced the courtyard. So close to great food. Very walkable. Parking was so easy, free and felt very safe. We would stay here again!

I stayed for a night and already know will be coming back whenever I need a staycation in the city. Located in the center. Walked to Fishermen s Wharf, Pier 39, Lombard Street, Coit Tower, Transamerica Building, Grace Cathedral. Felt very safe at this location, and so was my car (free parking). Staff extra friendly, and feels like family. Room was sparkling clean. I don t know what they use to clean bathroom, but there were no water spots. It was like when moving into a new apartment. Bed was very comfortable. So glad I found you :)

Beds were very comfy, pillows were not so soft you sank, nice space in room. my stay was emergency oriented for my husband and Emily was very helpful and accommodating. I needed that then.

This is an awesome place to stay if you're visiting San Francisco and want to be in a absolutely convenient location. First off, they must have gotten a renovation done to the rooms. Because the pictures they had, absolutely do not do this place justice. The rooms inside are spacious, and have a modern design to it. King size bed plust tv and a great bathroom. I love the windows that face Broadway. The parking is so damn convenient and was so awesome to have. I had no problems driving around San Francisco. I had a bit of a issue with the card reader on the door, but thats to be expected and nothing that was not sorted out by the gentleman working in the Lobby. He was a very awesome guy!! Hes pretty funny, and very helpful I must say. I came back around 2 am, and had a issue with my card, and thought no one would be there help. But Nope. Guess what, he was there to fix the card, and I was able to get in easy. Thankyou for that. I also appreciated that I was able to park my car for a few hours to get lunch even though I was past checkout. That kind gesture just helped me decide that Im staying here again in a few months when I come back, and for my family that are going to be staying. This time I wont be such a bother. This location also has awesome food, check out the Split and Berber down Polk. And Golden Gate is about 12 to 14 mins away. Everything was close by. You even have a gas station like 2 mins away. This place was fantastic and my stay was great. Also my tour for Yosemite was able to pick me up from here. The tour was from extranomical. I highly recommemd it. Plus this place has a elevator to the garage and up. Just a FYI!
