Check in time is 3 PM - 11 PM.  Guests are welcome to drop off their luggage/park their car starting at 9 AM.  Register with the front desk and pick up your keys later.  Please note that our lobby for check ins closes at 11 PM.   We do not take any reservations with a check in time past 11 PM.  

Late Check Out

Sorry - at this time we do not have a late check out option.  Check out time is at 11 AM.  You can keep your car parked for free for a few hours after check out.  Please talk to the front desk staff.  

Cancellation Policy

Policy Details

Cancellations or changes made after 7:00 am (Pacific Standard Time) 72 hours prior to arrival date are subject to a one-night room and tax penalty. Cancellations or changes made after 7:00 am (Pacific Standard Time) same day of arrival are subject to a 100% penalty.  

Cancellations of non-cancellable reservations are subject to a 100% penalty.

Please note a $100 deposit on a credit card (no debit cards or gift cards) is required at check in.  This will be refunded back to your credit card a day after check out.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep-cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. The guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room or within the hotel facility.  Smoking in a guest room will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. Castle Inn will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. You must present a photo ID when checking in. Special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
