Very understanding and kind, Emily / mgr. Very clean room, thank you for the parking, would stay again. Great area, Russian Hill. Already told some family and friends. Beds were very comfy, pillows were not so soft you sank, nice space in room. my stay was emergency oriented for my husband and Emily was very helpful and accommodating. I needed that then.
